VNRM Host Year-End Summary Meeting and Spring Festival Bazaar

January 24, 2026. NRM held its year-end summary meeting and Spring Festival bazaar. Factory leadership, all staff, and their families—over a hundred people in total attended.

At 8 a.m., the summary meeting began. Factory leadership spoke, reviewing the past year's work, recognizing employee contributions, and encouraging continued efforts in the new year. Outstanding employees of 2025 were then honored. The session concluded with a lottery draw; several staff won prizes, while those who did not still applauded in congratulations.

Meanwhile, the bazaar ran concurrently. Departments set up stalls selling: malatang, oden, Vietnamese rice noodles, Guizhou lamb noodles, barbecue, braised dishes, popcorn, cassava soup, snacks, and more. A ring toss game was also available, with staff and families participating to win prizes.

At 7 p.m., the lion dance began. Two lions leaped and tumbled across the factory grounds. A bonfire was then lit; staff and families gathered around for warmth, singing and chatting. The event ended around 9 p.m.
