The Company Holds the First Shareholders' Meeting and Board of Directors Meeting of 2024

On the morning of March 12, 2024, the company held its first shareholders' meeting and board of directors meeting for the year. Shareholders, directors, and supervisors attended the meeting, with company leaders and department heads also present. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Guo Yimin, the chairman of the company.

 

Mr. Yuan Ke, the general manager of the company, presented the summary of the company's work in 2023 and the work plan for 2024 on behalf of the company. The meeting listened to and reviewed and approved the company's work summary report for 2023 and the work plan for 2024, among other agenda items.

 

Representatives of shareholders, directors, and supervisors at the meeting affirmed the efforts of the management team and all employees in overcoming various adverse factors in 2023 and actively promoting various key work tasks. They also provided valuable opinions and suggestions.
