NRM Successfully Hosts 2024 Employee Sports and Cultural Event

On the morning of June 8, 2024, the Union Executive Committee of the company, in collaboration with the Administrative Affairs Department, organized an employee sports and cultural competition. This event aimed to promote physical exercise, health, fitness, willpower, and cohesion among union members from various departments and factories.

A total of six teams comprising 125 athletes from different departments and factories participated in the event. We were honored to have General Manager Yuan Ke and Vice General Manager Chen Wenliang directly join the athletes in the competition. Vice General Manager Chen announced the start of the event.

The competition included the following events:

• Women's tug-of-war
• Mixed-gender tug-of-war
• Men's tug-of-war
• Mixed-gender kangaroo jump relay race

Throughout the competition, each team demonstrated a spirit of unity, teamwork, and tenacity, providing the audience with exciting and memorable performances.

After the competition, the organizing committee awarded the following prizes:

Women's Tug-of-War:

• First Prize: Third Factory
• Second Prize: Administration and Logistics Team
• Third Prize: Second Factory
• Encouragement Award: Production Operations Department

Mixed-Gender Tug-of-War:

• First Prize: Second Factory
• Second Prize: Production Operations Department
• Third Prize: First Factory
• Encouragement Awards: Administration and Logistics Team, Third Factory

Men's Tug-of-War:

• First Prize: Second Factory
• Second Prize: Third Factory
• Third Prize: Production Operations Department
• Encouragement Awards: Administration and Logistics Team, Equipment and Technology Department, First Factory

Mixed-Gender Kangaroo Jump Relay Race:

• First Prize: Administration and Logistics Team
• Second Prize: Equipment and Technology Department
• Third Prize: Third Factory
• Encouragement Awards: Production Operations Department, First Factory, Second Factory

Finally, the General Manager gave a speech. He emphasized that this event showcased the spirit of unity, friendship, cooperation, and mutual support among Xinyuan employees. He encouraged everyone to maintain this vitality, work hard, and live happily.

The event was a great success. We extend our gratitude to the company leadership for providing a wonderful platform for employee interaction, bonding, and strengthening teamwork.
